Should I let my opponent bluff here?

There is no solution for this spot because BB (bad player) is not supposed to be cold-calling vs my 3bet from the SB. When BB 3bets this low paired flop and then checks turn, should I be donk jamming river like I did hoping to get called by BB's middling pocket pairs (in which case, should I be betting smaller?)? Or should I be trapping BB and hoping he jams missed flopped flush draws that play this way? I do not put BB on flopped trips or a boat in this line.

Depends on what kind of fish he is. Vs aggro fish check probably is best as he can bluff random trash, vs more passive fish you want to donk turn try to get value from pp
By default, I think shoving the river is better. Honestly, it’s not a very tempting spot to bluff, even from the fish’s perspective, and even somewhat subconsciously on his part. There’s a ton of AK, AQ, AA, KK in your perceived bet/call range on the flop. Betting allows you to maximize value on the Kx and Ax hands he might check back.
Leading small on the turn could be an option, though I think it risks generating too many folds at some point (turn/river) in practice.
Otherwise, a flop 3B all-in seems standard with this AxKd: better equity vs. PP with the backdoor flush, while blocking fewer FD Axdd combos that we slightly dominate.
