How to move .uk PS account to .com
Ive recently moved abroad and want to change onto the .com, I cant open live chat as I cant log in via .uk as im no longer in the uk. any info or help would be appreciated

I'm in Thailand, I have 0 funds left on my .uk and I haven't attempted to open a .com account (I assumed they would migrate my uk to .com to stop multi accounting)

Obviously, if you can find some way to talk to or write to PS Customer Services for their advice, that would be best.
It's difficult to find a contact method outside the software, but, for example, using snail mail, you could consider writing a full and detailed letter to Stars Interactive Limited, (see
), and asking them to forward your letter to the CSD of PS.
It might appear to be simple to open a new account for the purpose only of contacting them that way, especially as you have no funds in your UK account to use or lose, but obviously, in theory, there is always the risk that they might decide to ban you, permanently, for "multi-accounting".
