Achievable winrates on GGPoker Rush & Cash vs Regular tables?
Anyone got an idea what winrates are achievable specifically on GGPoker Rush & Cash before rake-back?
Mostly interested in 25NL, 50NL and 100NL, maybe 200NL
How does the bb/100 compare to regular tables, obviously it's going to be way higher at reg tables.
What about the hourly rate? Regular tables have way lower hands / hour. Could maybe play a few more tables though, but that also decreases your bb/100.
I would guess 5bb/100 is achievable at 25NL and maybe 50NL, probably a bit higher maybe up to 10bb/100 for really good players.
I think it would drop a bit at 100&200NL - no clue how much.
Or is 5bb/100 a long forgotten dream in this player pool?
I just watched a RIO video that said the R&C pool on GGPoker is extremely bad and Zoom on Stars is much better. They also recommended regular tables over fast fold, but I'm not sure if I like getting way less hands / hour.

What's the point of bumch of hands per hour if you don't make any money.
Reg tables are better in general, unless you can put a ton of volume in zoom and get a lot of rb.
What is achievable? Avery from Play it Smart smashed 200nl R&C for something ~10/100bb not that long ago. Pretty much for fun with all kinds of experimental exploits.
I think any serious high stakes reg should be looking for those kinds of sub 5/6/7bb WRs. Given the vast number of leaks everyone still has up to midstakes and the increasing number and quality of resources for learning poker available to professionals.
Personally I struggle to play cash, even with all its extra EV. I like learning poker rapidly as I play so the pace is just too slow compared to Zoom which bowls you fun spots every other minute or two.
It's a big leak of mine in fact: playing much worse slower, and my WRs tend towards the opposite for cash and zoom. I might try 6tabling cash on GG at some point which might be a happy medium.
