English Football Season 2025-2026. Here we go again.
Welcome 2+2 to the English football season of 2025-2026.
This year I am going to make the thread officially for all of E
Absolute banter to take that free kick short.
Probably the only game where the fans of the losing team are calling for the final whistle. We can’t take any lot
A 1-0 absolute battering
0.05 xG I'm seeing. Is that good?
That was utter dominance from Chelsea. They could have scored 1-2 more as well.
Even before the two one on ones (effectively) they had plenty of opportunities.
I wonder wtf went so wrong today. It felt like every time we had the ball we were swamped by 3 Chelsea players and had no outlet. Then even when we did have time we sidefooted it to Caicedo or Neto lol.
Maybe Bergvall going off so early had to entirely changed the game plan with him supposed to tuck in and Kudus or Sarr tracking back a bit to help Porro and we were just shook, but who knows.
Not sure what it could have been but there was plenty of time to react, just none of the changes seemed to have worked.
Also rofl Martinez. You clown
Onana with the DDT on Mac Allister there
Vitor Pereira sacked by Wolves
Ange is available now and I think Wolves fans would love to see his brand of football.
They are probably sad to have missed out on SD. Nobody should be too keen on that job. Hard to see them staying up with how bad the squad is and with teams like sunderland practically clear already.
Same old Arsenal, always cheating.
Also pathetic play acting from Calafiori to try and get Walker sent off in a separate incident.
Maybe they gave him a new contract and snuck in a more favorable severance clause.
It is really hard to comprehend the coaching decisions in sports, even if you believe coaches/managers are important. Nothing here tops college football though where they give guys like 10 year deals and the key to the city and then fire them after two seasons with like 50m left on the contract. just to do the same thing again.

question is do they have a choice? If another school is offering similar.......

Brian Kelly laughing his way to the bank collecting that 54m buyout fee.

Didn't know Arsenal had a reputation for cheating. Hopefully West Ham starts winning a few more so that team you support can go back to the Championship where you belong.
Guess we'll just have to be content with a six point lead over City
Spoiler
which they'll have whittled down to -1 by May
City available at 5/1 now. Crazy odds after only 10 games.
Only since the 1960s.

Given that we've spent just 3 of the last 12 seasons in the Championship and crushed it all three times, I'd say it probably isn't where we belong at all.
Burnley were a fine team once, back in the early 70s. Martin Dobson and all that.
Gibbs-White?
Finally, a proper football agent. Game's back baby!
Two non league clubs guaranteed in the round 3 draw, nice
