BTN: 196.2 BB
Hero (SB): 100 BB
BB: 57.6 BB
UTG: 100 BB
MP: 160.8 BB
CO: 100 BB

Hero posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 3 A

UTG raises to 2 BB, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 9 BB, fold, UTG calls 7 BB

Flop: (19 BB, 2 players) 6 9 T
Hero bets 10.6 BB, UTG calls 10.6 BB

Turn: (40.2 BB, 2 players) A
Hero checks, UTG bets 13.4 BB, Hero calls 13.4 BB

River: (67 BB, 2 players) 3
Hero bets 67 BB and is all-in

Villain is unknown. Is my river donk shove reasonable? I am targeting AK, AQ, AJs. I think that these will often check back.

Vs 2bb you should lean towards calling more pre, so i would just call.
Flop is really bad for you and thse Axs without BD are often pure checks in theory, so probably best to check. Even as exploit it's good as most regs will check back weaker range so dlay will over perform.

Solid line bro. You’re repping thin value perfectly, and those AK/AQ hands can’t fold.

"I am targeting AK, AQ, AJs" : when you bet more than half-pot on this flop, there aren't that many "AK, AQ, AJs" left...

It seems just bad, you get paid by better hands and everything else is folding. But anyway as said above you misplayed the flop, you should focus on that in my opinion as playing flop in 3bet pot happens quite often.

Also not sure why you 3bet 9BB vs a 2BB open, especially with this hand.

I don't think they can get away from turned top pairs on this limit. Solver probably will fold them some of the time tho.

Regarding preflop, have a look at GTOw free ranges 6max nl50 gg, A3s is a mix between 3bet and call.

I understand that this is a 3Bet in theory but in practice at these stakes I'd be inclined to just fold it to a UTG open from an unknown. A hand like this relies on fold equity a lot to win so you'd like to have more information that villain can actually make a fold preflop. Also for that reason if I was to 3bet it I'd make it at least 10bb. That might seem like a subtle difference but I believe there is a psychological barrier there when you make it a double figure amount.

As played flop is a check-fold.

Turn is fine but I think you should put yourself in villain's shoes at this point. He has bet small into an extremely dynamic board. Would he do this with a big Ace? I don't think so. From my experience in these spots villains tend to panic about being drawn out on so bet big with their big aces, 2-pairs, straights etc. I think it's more likely that his small bet is a lower equity hand (JJ-KK, Tx, 77-88, weaker Axs, maybe some flush draws but I feel like they'd bet bigger here) that hopes that your check is a give-up and that he can take this down here and now.

With that in mind I'm struggling to see a value target for a pot size bet on the river. I'd try a smaller sizing instead to try and get some calls from his mediocre holdings (although if he has even basic hand-reading proficiency he should know that you have zero bluffs here). If you get jammed on you can make a fold as they're never shoving worse.

Whats up with the donkshovemania?

I think youre just folding out worse at that point, if there is "worse" left. I guess i could see block/folding but i probably prefer x/fold. I might be a nit, but i dont see one pair calling a donk shove.

I’d rather lead small on river like 1/3 pot, maybe get crying calls from AQ/AK. Shoving looks polar, and no one at these stakes herocalls with one pair
