I was banned from Chico (sportsbetting) on the second day of the game. (2400$)

This terribly unpleasant story with this room has been going on for almost a month.

But first things first....

First, I decided to upload all the documents to verify my account, to avoid any problems in the future.

I needed a definite answer from them that everything was 100% okay and that I could relax.

Having received a satisfactory answer, on September 29th I made a deposit of $2,000 into USDT TRC20 from the Bybit exchange (I can provide the transaction ID and screenshot).

And on October 1st, I play for a couple of hours, and everything is fine. I play a couple hundred hands, and my balance reaches $2,400 (I can send you my hand history from h2n if anyone is interested).

After that, I didn't log into my account for six days.

On October 7th, I tried to log in and saw

I log into my email, but there is no notification from Chico support about my account being blocked. I think it's strange that they banned me and didn't even send a letter.

I write to them myself.
I get a very strange answer.

On October 9th, I decide to call them, they claim that the account is being verified, they said that they passed the message to the verification department and will contact me as soon as possible.

At that point, they reassured me, but they still didn't tell me the reason for the block. It was probably because I used a proxy to play there, since Chico is blocked in my country. I wrote them a letter about it to speed up the investigation, and they told me the reason for the block, so I had to guess.

Still no response after 10 days

I continue to write letters every few days, but they've stopped responding. I didn't know where to turn, and, completely convinced I'd been scammed, I went to their website.

I know Chico's managers spend time here. I need clarification and a quick solution to my problem.
