Tell me how to make the perfect mettbrötchen, I'll do it and post pics. Never tried them, the thought of easting raw meat is disgusting to me, but I'll try it. After all, if so many Germans thinks it's good, it can't be that bad.
Can you get minced pork that is save to eat in Denmark? If so it's pretty straightforward. Season it with salt and pepper, and mix it through (if it's not seasoned already). Then take a Brötchen, or maybe a piece of Baguette or whatever bread you like to eat with charcuterie, smear it with butter, put on a layer of the Mett, and top it with some raw chopped onion and maybe a bit of parsley. :p
So like, other than getting infected by flesh-eating brainworms, is there any advantage of eating raw pork to cooked pork?
