Discrimination based on the days of the week you work
An employee working Monday through Friday gets priority on rewards over someone who works Tuesday through Saturday because on any given day from Tuesday through Friday, the Mon-Fri employee is deeper into their workweek than the Tue-Sat employee. The reward could be worth up to $30.
Would discrimination in this way constitute a hostile work environment?

Days of the week worked aren't a protected class.

Your best bet is to present mathematical scenarios to management and see if they are willing to adjust the reward system to appropriately take schedule offsets into consideration.
You think that's bad, I used to have a job making calendars at a publishing company. I got fired just for taking a day off!
