Hi, is it possible to study Mystey KO tournaments with HRC?

You can calculate Mystery KOs, yes.

Before the bounties are on play, you set the hand up using the MTT ICM equity model, with Bounties = NONE and add the entire bounty prize pool to the first place prize. This means that bounty equity will be projected as proportional to the chip stacks.

Once bounties are in play, you can use Bounties = KO and set the bounty size to the average bounty.

How accurate is the classic version with blind defense ranges? For example, CO opens for a minraise and I want to know accurate ranges for flatting in SB/BB at various levels of ICM.

Classic makes a number of post flop simplifications, and I'm wondering if they cause significant drift in these ranges, or whether you can get very close to GTOWiz results with the right settings (whatever those may be)? If not, will Pro handle this type of spot better?

You can get somewhat close with HRC Classic for shortstacked spots (<25bb or so), especially for lines with just 2 active players. Meaning you'll get fairly similar range %, although the hand selection might differ a bit. For deeper spots (or more complex multiway lines) you'll need HRC Pro.

GTOW uses HRC Pro for most of their preflop solves and they use rather large setups with abstractions 4k/2k/1k iirc.

Is there any difference between importing JSON solutions into PioSolver and GTO+?
Or do they import them the same way, so both programs can be used interchangeably?

As far as I'm aware they both fully support that export format and you should be able to take full advantage using either program.

But if you have doubts then please double check with the respective support / devs, I can't give you a definite answer to that.

I published a small update earlier today, including the "Adj. Blinds" display in the Outline tooltips that was requested above. This is the current naming scheme depending on # players:
SB,BBBU,SB,BBCO,BU,SB,BBUTG,CO,BU,SB,BBUTG,MP,CO,BU,SB,BBUTG,MP1,MP2,CO,BU,SB,BBUTG,MP1,MP2,MP3,CO,BU,SB,BBUTG,EP1,MP1,MP2,MP3,CO,BU,SB,BBUTG,EP1,EP2,MP1,MP2,MP3,CO,BU,SB,BB
How about

How about making the last 6 positions consistent. LJ,HJ.. etc and naming the positions before that U + # where # is how many players would have to be at the table to make that position first to act. eg U7, U8, U9, U10 ?

Maybe we can make it customizable as part of the UI rewrite later this year.

I get where you are coming from re: U7, U8, etc, but there's no way we can make this the default without a lot of backlash. I don't think that sort of naming is used elsewhere in any major tool?

Hi,

1. HRC doesn't have a hand replayer does it? Can you recommend any for ignition? (preferably free)

2. At what point will one feel the limitations of the classic version of HRC for sng/mtt use?

We currently don't have a full replayer integrated, no. I'm afraid I'm really not up to date in the best third party replayer options around either.

Re: Classic vs Pro: The classic version is quite limited regarding postflop realization due to the small abstractions. This is generally still fine for short stacked play with a low SPR postflop, but for deeper stacks it becomes noticable. The Classic node limit prevents you from going much beyond 25-30bb (full ring) anyways.

In short: For <25b avg stacks there's little difference in preflop results (possibly minor hand selection changes etc), for deeper stacks you'll need the Pro version. Also, if you want to use limps, as the trees get much bigger then.
