That's sad. Without this, there is significant risk that medical solutions will be delayed. Of course this isn't complete immunity, and since 2023 the conditions of it reduced significantly, and of course it has nothing at all to do with the safety of the vaccine that still has to go through FDA approval as happened and now we know convincingly and unequivocally that the vaccine WAS safe and effective.

So I watched Carney's announcements on fast track projects but the question remains how is he fast tracking them. It seems all the projects are years into their approval and many have years to go

Really is. There was a time when I thought Poilievre was actually an effective politician in the sense that his unrelenting over-the-top negativity blame everything on Trudeau shtick was if nothing else at least very effective. It saw him soar in the poles, destined to a majority, just a devastating take down. But after Trudeau is gone and Carney in place and he just has utterly failed to pivot with it, I think we have to downgrade the degree to which we are labelling him an effective politician. It's more that he was the perfect guy to take down Trudeau, but just seems poorly matched versus Carney.
