Folded Aces. Thoughts?
To start off, I had only recently started playing live regularly. Having a great session, I'm up about $500 on on a $200
reraise prefflop my guy
I played 10/20 LHE 20 plus years ago with a couple 80yoÂ’s whoÂ’d start shaking, mouths quivering, eyes watering with rage & frustration, if someone straddled.
One of them called UTG+1 once, pushing four red chips in one at a time with a horribly twisted & nicotine stained index finger.
Snapfolded to UTG who flipped QJ faceup into the muck, “Can’t beat ya, Ron”.
“GODDAMN IT!!”, he croaked in despair, pinwheeling the red aces at the dealer. He rose with a wince, stuffed his chips into the pockets of his ancient green jacket, and as he limped away I said, “No tip? You just won 35 bucks!” and the entire room exploded.
Even the latest solvers won’t let AA fold there. GTO says clicking call is mandatory.
AA will lose to KK about 18% of the time, so if you fold AA roughly 1 in 5 times preflop you will be in line with this frequency and save even more money.

$50 into a $3 pot showed he wanted to win instantly. Two options; bluffing to steal or big pocket pair. The raise to $125 getting called showed big pocket pair that was happier to win $3 than play a hand. At that point V either flops two pair or has to bluff.
