I remember a walk-off pitch violation by my team. That sucked. Although it was bases loaded with no outs so they probably weren't going to win anyway.

The term walk-off pisses me off.

It's descriptive. The other team is playing the field and needs to "walk-off" after having given up the winning run. In all other situations, the defense makes the final out and gets to celebrate.

People referring to their wife or husband or gf/bf as "their partner."

this is used strategically by me when i'd prefer to leave it ambiguous

as long as it's never confused with walks-off

Also, overly using "LOL" in forums.

And if you aren't aware Disney now has a 70% stake in Fubo and Hulu + Live TV, so i doubt they take ABC and ESPN off of their menu.

Interface on Fubo is not as smooth as YouTubeTV, but I'll get over it.

Quit acting like YouTubeTV is somehow holding you hostage.

PS Pricing was about $6 a month more but essentially a wash for channels I watch most.

Welp. Looks like YouTubeTV and Disney made friends again. I'm to arsed (ass hurt) to love them ever again.

When people refer to some elevation gain done (on some super long hike or some stair climbing ultra marathon type thing) as 'equivalent to climbing Mt. Everest X number of times' as if that supplies any relevant form of reference that makes sense in any way.

That UPS doesn't track deliveries more granularly than "out for delivery". I assume they're tracking the truck (if not, why not?) and they know which truck my package was loaded onto.

So, free that information, and let me know where the truck is, closer than "between 2:15 and 6:15 pm".

Also, Quicken is pretty poor software from a performance and reliability standpoint.

UPS actually does this.

Or at least they did unless people started swarming the tracked truck in order to get the packages early.
