Bo Nix is tied for the most game-winning drives since he entered the league, with seven, tied with quarterbacks like Aaron Rodgers and Jared Goff. He also leads the NFL in fourth-quarter comebacks in his first two seasons with eight, the most ever for a quarterback through two years, according to the Denver Broncos.

In fairness to Bo the Broncos lead the league in missed air yards due to drops. Also the Broncos lead the league in penalties. Also, Sean Payton plays to the narrative of the game. If it's supposed to be a slug it out defensive battle he will attempt to play a turnover free conservative field possession game. If it's expected to be a high scoring game he lets Bo do his thing. If the Broncos are down late he lets Bo do his thing. Bo has had his share of Bover throws but I have confidence he will get this right. Mahomes has had his share of Mahover throws so even the greats go through this.
An issue the Broncos have had this year is getting the play and personnel to Bo in a timely manner. When it comes in late Bo is limited to what he can call or change at the line of scrimmage. Also, when the clock gets down to 1 or 2 seconds the defense knows the ball needs to be snapped. Against the Chiefs the Broncos were able to snap the ball with 10 plus seconds remaining. This keeps the defense guessing. The 10 day mini bye allowed the Broncos time to figure this out. I'm hopeful the actual bye will help the Broncos to further smooth the operation out. This bye is going to give this team a much needed rest. Denver chose not to take its bye after their UK game. They won 7 games in a 39 day stretch which is an nfl record.
Although I am officially a Bills fan this season, I still hate the Eagles and wish pain upon Bidz and Randall today. Sorry guys. Love you.
