New fast food discussion/review thread
OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

It's literally called Black Hawk Pizza. It's a mile, mile-and-a-half south of the casinos.
I rate it at least a 9, and I am picky about my pizza.
I order it with extra sauce, extra parm and it is certain to tickle anyone's taste buds.
Even the ambience is good. There's a free arcade game in the corner and all the workers are fun.
Good ol Dumas. That is one stinky town. It's halfway between my house and my uncles house in Laramie, so we've stayed there a few times. Usually try to get the hell through there as fast as possible though, lol.

Stayed in Dumas a few years back when passing through. Went to the Golden Chik, decent FF chicken. Stayed down the street. Found some lingerie in the dresser. Unfortunately, nobody came to claim it.
It was as mark describes. Just a crummy west Texas town.
The smell of those feedlots. So bad. I couldn't imagine living there in the summertime, or anytime really.

I almost put a Taco bell order in for the east coast. I couldn't understand why I wasn't getting the happy hour discount. Then right before pressing submit order, I remembered checking Baltimore TacoBell prices a few weeks ago.
I also ordered at the wrong Wendy's. My wife ordered at the correct one, so I got to wait for my wife to finish eating then drive to the other Wendy's for my cold food. :(

You are all probably aware of this already, but just in case...
I heard today that you can get pretty significant discounts from doordash if you order through them but then go pick it up yourself. Apparently they discount the food a lot expecting to make it back in delivery fees/tips, which don't apply if you pick it up yourself. I never use doordash, so maybe this is common knowledge and just news to me?

Just be careful some places have higher prices on doordash than their normal menu prices. I've seen 20-50% increased prices. So that more than ruins any discounts.
Thanks. Good to know. I eat out so rarely I don't forsee me ever even getting a doordash account.
I do like me a saucy pizza pie. I forsee two more mcribs this szn, maybe less, depending on the app winds
