No notes on villain. I saw him playing 6 tables and he had massive stacks on two of htem. Looked quite aggro at first glance, but I can't be sure.
Flop: yes, I know the sizing is too big, but initially I thought he is a fish (due to stats), instead he turns out to be a reg. I don't think we can fold AK here, though he bombs it really hard.
Turn: he bets again, knowing that I must have something at that point and that ain't a draw. Or maybe he has a lower pair and therefore a blocker to two pair / sets. Call turn and x/f river?

This could easily be A2/A8/22/88 or AT-AQ. Both betting patterns would make sense depending on the player style. I would personally give credit on the turn until I play more with that specific player. Most players are straight forward at these stakes. You just can't tell if their version of strength is a set here or TP and a decent kicker.
I had a very similar experience last night with a new player to me and sure enough, when I called they had 2 pair vs my A Q.
88 is 3betting pre no?
On a board this dry, I feel like A2, A8 is calling the flop at least some of time, especially against your sizing.
It's close. Villain's post flop stats seem reasonable so I don't think there are any bluffs in his range. But I agree, I don't think you can fold AK here.
I believe 88 is a pure call preflop BBvsSB, or a pretty rare 3bet maybe (of course we do not know what this villain is doing)
Most players don't try to bluff you out of an A BvB on a dry board.
