Folding AQo twice in a row OOP

Hand 1
LAG opens 12. Nit calls. Folds to Hero in the BB with AQo? Hero folds.
Hand 2
LAG opens 12. Calling station in CO raises to 35. Folds to hero with AQo in the SB? Hero folds.

Hand 2 is obvious fold. Hand 1 could make an argument for all 3 options, might help if you included positions.
Hand 2 seems pretty straight-forward.
Versus two loose-passive calling stations, the fold in Hand 1 is probably really good, but versus a LAG and a nit I would probably re-raise and assume we will get a lot of folds. The LAG is probably opening a bunch of trash and the nit probably hates putting in money without the nuts. I have seen nitty players in my games in CT open-fold hands like TT and AKo in these spots. $65 seems like the right size.
Positions in both cases would be useful, as would be a bit more on the people. Is the Nit like AKo, TT-QQ here? Is he nitty post and/or pre?
Without that info, here is my defaults:
H2 feels like a clear fold. In general calling stations starting to 3-bet should raise big concerns.
H1 feels like a 3b to like 60.
Positions are relevant. Hand 1 unless it's like UTG open, UTG+1 call I'm likely 3-betting or calling.
Hand 2 a fold is probably good.
Hand 1: If our read is LAG, he's opening a lot of stuff we crush and we want to 3! him a lot. The nit calling - define nit? Is this guy flatting with AA/KK/AK only? Or is he flatting a lot of broadway, Ax, lower pps etc hoping to hit a flop and then getting super nitty? If the latter, then we can 3! assuming he'll be a nit and fold a lot.
If he's the haven't played a hand in 4 hours and is calling with KK+ because he wants to see if an A rolls off before committing his stack type of nit then fold.
Hand 2 seems like a default fold.
