Yes snap fold.
It's not a snap fold with 2nd nut blocker and MP action not looking that strong, other villain should be capped.
Bluff-raise might be ok here - shrug. But wouldn't call, Hero should almost never scoop and its not really worth calling for chops.

Probably the worst possible action, even though I admit it's not that terrible. Yes you do get some protection. Maybe some better hands fold, but just in general you are putting the maximum amount of money into the pot in a spot where you get action mostly when you are drawing dead. Same can be said about bluffing of course. But when it's possible that you get to showdown and can show a winning hand you should in general try to do so.
