Raise to like 15bb and bet turn only if you get there. If they want stack OTF then easy stack off.
What's the reasoning for not betting the turn? Isn't our hand great for barrelling?
I guess: if I raise flop and depending if I get 1 or 2 callers the pot will be very big already and the chances any of them folds a made hand becomes pretty slim.

Well, I am not sure that after a x/c on the almost ultimate wet board in 3-bet pot you have more than 5% fold equity. Villain most likely has TP+OESD, FD+OESD, pair+FD, FD+2 overs or maybe a slowplayed monster every now and then. You have a lot of equity against medium hands, but not to much against monsters and combo draws that have you dominated.
I would be way more concerned what to do if river K or Q comes on the river and Villain jams... Best would be to get it in on the flop, which is what you did - that's good.
