Nobody wants SRM to change.

Historically good poster if you enjoy humor.

I'm not going to lie. SRM's screaming hot takes in SE are often funny.

by mongidig m

You would think your made up sky God would protect females from guys like me. Obviously he isn't real and that's why bad things happen.

In fairness to lagtight, he probably would say that his God has endowed women with qualities like eyesight and judgment that allow them to avoid the likes of you.

SRM is one of the best posters here and anyone that doesn't agree is instantly my op

It's a weird sports forum. I truly believe I am one of the top posters in there content wise. Most people in the NFL forum don't know ball. Nearly everyone in there thinks that if a team is down 7 or 8 it's not a one possession game. True insanity.

Best at what? He's a raging clown!

I never call people names because I have class, but he's raging clown.

I very much disagree with the bolded.

Seems weird. What is the argument?

SRM is the best at what he does, though what he doesn't isn't particularly nice.

Epic logic fail.

The so-called "Logical Problem of Evil" was literally refuted by Notre Dame professor Alvin Plantinga decades ago.. Serious agnostic/atheist academics who are aware of the relevant literature seldom advance that argument any more. Instead, they typically advance the so-called "Existential Problem of Evil" instead, which circumvents Plantinga's refutation to the Logical Problem of Evil.

That said, I'm pleased that you finally admitted that females need to be protected from guys like you by somebody.

The guy who got perma banned is trying to educate me on posting history. Get lost!

Only a moderator can order me to "Get lost!", Buster Brown!!

Mong, congratulations on introducing me to a brand new experience - agreeing with one of your posts.

I've actually agreed with many of Mong's posts.

Interesting that the one post of his that you agreed to implicitly makes an argument that was literally refuted decades ago.

by mongidig m

If you are into prison/gang banger profanity laced rage posts.

Well said.

Note well I often agree with your posts, our latest spat notwithstanding.

An extra-point attempt counts as a new possession maybe??

In believers' terms this isn't how sky god works or there wouldn't be any natural disasters either. We can add religion to the lengthy list of things you have no idea about.

I'm into things like creativity, originality, and good timing.

The **** is a ‘prison/gang banger post’?

by Tuma m

I agree!

And all three of those things you listed can be done quite well without profanity.

You don't have to accept religious "logic" in order to understand religion. Actual logic can still refute its claims.

That probably depends which religion you're talking about.

Could you please share with us an example of a 'religious claim' that is typically believed by Christians and/or Jews that can be refuted by logic?

Thanks.

The binding of Isaac

(or why you shouldn't listen to the voices in your head even if you know it's an angel or god)

(or why you shouldn't listen to the voices in your head even if you know it's an angel or god)

That seems to me more like a moral objection than a logical objection.

IDIOTS!!

ESPECIALLY TUMA!!

Persistence of human identity after death (though I think that is more of a Christian than a Jewish thing).
