Hand2Note 3 Stuck on “Connecting to Server” — Unable to Launch the Software
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with Hand2Note 3 on my computer. Whenever I try to launch the application, it gets stuck on the message “Connecting to server” and never progresses from there. I’ve waited several minutes, tried restarting the software, and even rebooted my PC, but the problem remains.
So far, I’ve tried:
Restarting Hand2Note 3
Restarting my computer
Checking my internet connection
Nothing has fixed it, and the software simply won’t open past that loading screen.
Has anyone experienced this with version 3 or knows what might be causing it? Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

I also cannot launch Hand2Note 3. The app gets stuck on “Connecting to server…”.
Hello, it’s possible that the issue is caused by your paid license expiring.
Please try logging in on the website, open your personal account, and check your subscription status.
Hello. I have the same issue, i have checked my account and it's the free plan with unlimited days. Is this still an option? I have paused for a few months now. it gets stuck at connecting to server also.

The free version is no longer supported in Hand2Note 3.
Unfortunately, without an active subscription, you will not be able to launch Hand2Note: the program will remain stuck on “Connecting to server…”.
You will need to purchase a subscription and then start Hand2Note again.
