Quantum Entanglement (A Love Story)
TBH I don't miss the anxiety I usually felt while walking into a casino, nor the pressure in game.
Might need a month or so to recover from the trauma of being a poker player.
Sentinels (hand histories) approach the Nebuchadnezzar. The One easily deflects their electrical advances...
Another thing I don't like about poker is how I need to be in top-top form to play my A-game.
Comparatively, I can drive a car pretty well while I'm tired. I can play video games, read books, enjoy and create music, write, exercise, and all sorts of other important activities while I'm tired or in a bad mood.
I hated needing to be a high performance mental athlete in order to play a dumb guessing game.
I still have about 105mins left of the incredibly dense original interview.
Michael Levin is the GOAT.
I tend to work non-linearly.
A linear task-maker might work like: Concept -> Idea -> Task -> Completion
For me it's more like: Concept -> Do something else -> Idea -> Do something else -> Task (bifurcated) -> -> Completion
^^^ Each "Do something else" becomes a potentially new concept, creating a spider web of activity.
I often end up not producing much of anything...
But the system itself is adaptive and growing stronger...
I suppose in the end I'll have an 'incredible machine' if I keep working at it.

If SpaceX does in fact IPO next year, I will purchase Cubans to smoke while watching October Sky on an endless loop.
I have dreams for this blog. To erect an ancient cathedral, a place of worship. People will not come to read, but to cleanse...
"Time passes, people move... Like a river's flow, it never ends... A childish mind will turn to noble ambition... Young love will become deep affection... The clear water's surface reflects growth... Now listen to the Serenade of Water to reflect upon yourself..."

I woke the same. As any other day. Except the voices in my head. Were saying, "Seize the day." Pull the trigger. Drop the blade. And watch their rolling heads........
It's early morning and I have approximately half of a sleep cycle left before I am rested.
It's my last day in the mountains. I'm going to pack and load up my car while there is still sunlight.
Other than that, I don't have squat to do today.
(I'm pretty sure squat can mean its inverse, technically I have squat to do today, but not having squat is fine)
I'm not an English major, never was, never will be, and I was born a poor writer that didn't improve until well into my 20s.
At some point it may make sense to browse a few books about writing. It may be useful to know the technicals about grammar. It's not a difficult science, but it's also not a science at all which is what always turned me off about writing and its subjective nature.
It also didn't help that my English teachers didn't foster anybody's writing really. They assigned papers, and graded them on a surface level, but aside from Elementary school lessons about The Writing Cycle, there wasn't good reinforcement learning taught. Thankfully I found 2p2, which as a tireless unit gave me constant feedback; combined with a reinforcement loop of seeing my old posts and identifying mistakes in them, my skills were ultimately forged on these very forums.
It still amazes me when great speakers are not even close to good writers. I think some of that relates to our mirror neurons -- for normies, at least, it's easy to learn to speak through osmosis and mimicry and passive thinking (if you can even call what many people experience internally while speaking as 'thinking'), while writing is raw mechanics and requires active, granular thought about each letter + word + phrase + meaning.
Today's bitch fest is about the word consummate.
Words should not exist to confuse, as a rule.
How can a word's verb form mean "sexual, closure", and its adjective form mean "the best example of" (????????)
Somebody seriously ****ed up along the way.

Heavy tune
Words are very stupid and confusing sometimes and I always seem to get them misconstrued in conversation. But when it comes to song lyrics, I swear I'm on a different level than most.
Drivin' that train, high on cocaine; Casey Jones you better watch your speed!

Adios Colorado.
A sound mind helps beget a sound body. It's not that shocking they crushed into their 90s.
My first attempt at A.I. Music
https://storage.aisongmaker.io/audio/f6b...
Prompt: Similar to BWV 1054, 1055, 1056, or 1050. Bachian Overtones set to gangster rap about being a failed poker player.
All but the most iconic voices will be modified by A.I. in the future, so you better get on board if you're a musician.
Thankfully writing is still far more advanced by humans (I don't care how much faster an A.I. can write), although it might not always be the case, I expect this specific sphere to be upheld for the longest.
I think weak writers will be replaced by A.I. very soon. A lot of the less desirable news sources online will be A.I. staffed.
"I wasn't sure if outsourcing some of my creativity with A.I. feedback was a good idea or not, but it sure was profitable."

Here's an idea.
Decently good guitar player wants to create a masterpiece.
He provides an A.I. music prompt with depth. It spits out something cool sounding.
He takes his guitar and learns the cool sounding song. Then he does a musicians trick called "transposition", where he re-arranges aspects of the song: notes, rhythms, melody, and key.
Then he has an original masterpiece.
Why not just use the A.I. output as the "masterpiece"?
Because it's not one. A.I. music has perfect timing for one, which is good up until a point - the microseconds of off-timing from humans is part of what makes it genuine.
It also isn't the best at conveying emotion, yet.
