Netflix "Watch Instantly"
I just recently rejoined Netflix and was pleased to see they have added a "Watch Instantly" feature where you can stream
The National Heads-Up Poker Championship 25K, just dropped on Peacock. It's been 12 years since it ran last, this was played a few months ago.
Stumbled across Influencer on Netflix and thought it was good
Broken YouTube LinkAs much as I love Pluribus, I think it's too soon for any awards. I think it should go to Severance, but I think it could also be The Pitt or The White Lotus based on what I've heard. I haven't actually seen either.
The bear got nominated again? It’s a straight up bad show at this point.
i always finish stuff and i didnt finish the last 2-3 episode of the last season. it was just painful the whole way. Like a comedy artist tooting its own ass constantly. It felt like an overly dramatic "one tree hill" in a kitchen, which was already hard to beat on the cringe factor.
Agreed. I can’t believe they renewed for another season.
A lot of shows on that list I still need to watch, but BCS and BB are 1 and 2 for me.
I would need The Sopranos in there somewhere.
Umm, someone forgot about Babylon 5, Lost and GoT!
Scratch Peaky and definitely scratch 24.
Definitely with it.
I actually am shocked that The Expanse is #1.
Don't get me wrong, the book series is elite, and the TV adaptation got off to a strong start until Cas Anvar couldn't keep his hands to himself and they had to kill off his character(or the producers overreacted to what might've been a minor incident) and they ended up ending the series 2/3 of the way through the story.
Either way, they screwed the pooch.
s6 was book 6 and there are 9 books (+9 novellas)in the series.
They had only begun in s6 to introduce the real villain and the crux of series.
The Pitt Season 2 January 8th 2026
Some other coming soon are:
12/17/25 Fallout season 2
1/11/26 Industry Season 4
1/28/26 Shrinking Season 3
2/23/26 Paradise Season 2
2/25/26 Scrubs revival
4/8/26 The Boys 5th and final Season.
peaky blinders was unbearably bad - couldn't get into it despite loving historical dramas and the main actor
My husband and I loved Peaky Blinders.
Every time I see a picture of whoever that is in promotions for The Pitt, I always think it's Alex Horne from Taskmaster.
I watched all of Peaky, but it was a struggle to finish. Definitely not going on any best of lists. Pretty sure I had to turn on subtitles to understand half the **** they were saying too.
yeah peaky blinders imo is probably the most polarizing tv show i've ever come across - never before knew a show that many people (including my brother) whom i hold in high esteem put it on their top lists that myself and others can't stomach viewing
i tried so hard to get into it because it was right in my wheelhouse and couldn't enjoy it so i stopped after a few episodes and then others kept encouraging me to stick with it so i tried again and just found it god awful
It's just not that good
The critics and general public would beg to differ.
