Looks like The Habit finally started enforcing the offer not valid in Las Vegas thing also because this one and the last one you posted never showed up in the app for me. I wanted to give the cheesy cauliflower tots a try but without the BOGO offers it's just too expensive.
Cant believe the Wendy’s manager who denied 4 phones years ago has risen so far as to take deals from every phone in the LV metro at Habit!
I thought I was just too dumb to execute the deal on the app lol, I still get the offer.

I also noticed that the app will allow you to order a burger both with no mayo and extra mayo simultaneously. No I didn't carry through with it.

They probably outsourced the software to India or eastern Europe, they do that sort of quality work that has to be checked by American programmers. Back when we weren't in conflict with Russia, everyone used Russian programmers. The best of the cheap coders.

Smokeshack all day. The cherry peppers are excellent.
Never had Shake Shack. It appears to be a real restaurant, where the intent is to eat in their place. I don't do that, except very rarely. I drive thru and take it home. Even in Vegas, I usually take it to my room.
