I think you should fold it 3-way, yes. Of course he sometimes has QJT and UTG whiffed. With a 9 it's a pretty horrid line from villain (thus he isn't even representing it that well), thus he gets a donk label from me.
Pot 62bb on flop, V has 127bb (119 less than H) which is effective. He probably wouldnβt mind either winning it right now or gii now either 2 or 3 way. The worst hand he has here is T876.

Absolutely horrible way to think about poker, probably straight from a book from 20 years ago. You should not be happy to "take it down because it's big" but to maximize your EV in every spot.
Yeh I think we have to fold - the bottom of his range is probably like T7/JT
