I am posting this as a formal complaint and public warning. I am a poker player who played through an agent associated with BSBPoker. In April 2025, I requested a withdrawal of $300. This withdrawal was approved on the platform side, but I never received the money. Until very recently, I was under the impression that my funds were still safely held by the agent and that I could access them at any time. However, after learning from recent news that the Diamond League is about to shut down, I immediately contacted my agent to clarify the situation.
I informed him that the chips deducted from my balance were never transferred to my specified account.
From that moment on, the agent’s behavior became completely unacceptable. Instead of resolving the issue, he: Started refusing the payout outright, Became hostile and aggressive, Insulted me personally, Deleted our chat history.
Refused any form of constructive communication or problem resolution
This is not a misunderstanding or a technical delay. This is a clear case of withholding player funds, followed by unprofessional, abusive, and evasive behavior once the issue was raised.
I consider this a serious breach of trust and, potentially, outright fraud. An agent who behaves this way should not be representing any poker platform or league.
I am posting this publicly because private communication was intentionally shut down by the agent himself. I expect either:
Immediate payment of the owed $300, or A clear and public response from BSBPoker / Diamond League addressing this situation.
Until then, I strongly advise other players to be extremely cautious when dealing with this agent.
This situation is disgraceful and should not be ignored.
