FWIW Chiefs are tied with Jets at bottom of Vegas based power rankings.
Either Raiders or Giants would be a -2 fave neutral site over them.
Rams are about 2 pts better than Bills, then Eagles and Seahawks tied for 3rd.
Of the likely playoff teams, Panthers are clearly the worst. Rams @ home would be around -12/-13. In the AFC Steelers would be around +7 @ Patriots.
Lions top the teams not likely to make the playoffs. Rams @ home would be around -6.5.
