is there no way of checking how rakeback is progressing throughout the week? It seems we currently have to await until the Monday when we get it to find out which considering its a fixed rate for all players is a problem that could be easily fixed?

When I asked support they were unable to find a username highamd, can you DM me the registered email. It may also be that you played on coincasino, which is a separate brand to coinpoker so they have a separate support team over email ([email][email protected][/email], rather than [email][email protected][/email]).
I played on coin casino which I accessed through the coinpoker website and my coinpoker account.
When will CoinPoker add sit n gos?
Why would they add a dead format? The question should be when they add spins.
tens of thousands of $10-$100 sngs ran this year across various speeds and table sizes. i know because i was in them. and I'm just talkin USA facing sites.

yeah, just add everything. if they did this I could see Coin really being a major player worldwide.
Ignition seems to be committing suicide, Global getting banned, WPT Gold is an option but has equal cons to playing there as it does perks. The US market especially needs a new savior.

Edit: Oh, I just looked up in the thread. Looks like they don't. Add SNGs and this site would be on my radar. No SNGs, no point for me.
How legit is their security really? Plo HU lobby is full of accounts that tank way too suspiciously often, don't respond in chat, and play oddly close to solver output in most spots in plo 4c/5c. Really starting to doubt the legitimacy. Almost feels like house bots or at the best some light rta.... Maybe iam just paranoid and suck but the combination of tanking and not responding at all is just so telling. Any regs here that dipped into the Hu pool?

Hey, if you think something is untoward with some players, you can always reach out to support and send screenshots. They will always look into all reports as we have zero tolerance. Or you can add screenshots here and I can forward them to the relevant team, but it would be better if you sent them to support.
With players not responding, if they are on the new website app, there’s no option to chat at the moment, so this could be why.

I don't play hu but I do play PLO 4 and 5, and I rarely have time to respond in the chat. Though I have a fair share of insults directed at me :p
It also happens that I tank for no apparent reason, when I'm too focused on another table.
I also never respond to chat, if possible I have it disabled.

Quite a big sample and never felt that way.
Tanking is normal, pots get big easily and many spots are close. Not responding in chat is nothing suspicious, I don’t respond either unless someone really asks or needs something. Also people play multiple tables and might not notice.
About solver- maybe in common easy spots like c-bets yes, but overall most players are far from solver.

You can play CoinPoker on a Chromebook, but it’s via the browser rather than a downloadable app. There’s no native Chrome OS client, however you can access the platform directly by going to play.coinpoker.com in Chrome and play from there without installing anything.

Thank you for this info. Also, I went to sign up on my phone but the email was not correct (like gmai.com instead of Gmail.com) and I started a support ticket to rectify it so I could use this usnername. I went back and forth a few times but its radio silence now. Don't know what that means. Not the most inspiring customer support experience.
