He should have made it, but they had time and timeouts to get closer. Seems like in this environment, getting closer would have been good.

this is a bit rich, even for my liking, but it must be asked where do BAL and LJack go from here?
he's clearly not a Tier 1 QB once we strip away his rushing prowess (which is now clearly stripped away due to age and the impact of years of playing foosball and injuries on his body)
Sando addressed the question a few weeks ago in one of his Pick Six columns stating that BAL should consider getting in front of the situation by selling high this off-season (probably the last off-season where they'd be able to sell high) and pocket the draft capital (3 first-rounders plus probably a day 2 and day 3 pick), thus turning the page on the checkered Lamar Era in Baltimore

Cleveland can't seem to have too many qbs.
it would be the most Jets thing ever to give a godfather deal for Lamar, for him only to be out of the league within 2.5 years.
Not gonna happen since they are either taking Mendoza or Moore at #2, but if they didn't have such a high pick I could possibly see it. Raiders fall into the same boat of having decent draft capital but the #1 overall. How much draft capital would a team be willing to give up for LJax tho? I can't see giving more than one 1st and probably wouldn't give one that could fetch a decent QB prospect.
