5-5 5 Card, crazy table, 456AAdd

5-5 5 card PLO
Eight handed. This is a big game that plays crazy. I know most of the regulars, but it’s been many months

V1 only called 10$ so there’s a possibility that he folds to the 790$ repot, if he was the 3bettor, yes there would be reason to be more cautious this deep.

As played, spr of 1 yes jam it in and pray. Well played, are you really gonna listen to guys that are cold calling 4bets with QQ832? They’re fish, even your husband is kind of a fish too, just smile and nod but don’t actually take their poker advice seriously.

even your husband is kind of a fish too,

No doubt. He's one of the guys who said maybe I shouldn't have put so much in pre. LOL. I still disagree πŸ˜‰

At least he didn’t say maybe you should’ve folded to the 3! PF! πŸ˜ƒ

It was a bingo hand, you could’ve windowed your two aces before your first $5 limp and it wouldn’t have changed anything.

I'm glad the unhinged guy is gone from this thread. That is all.

Nope he clearly still is here

I read something long ago about a NLHE game where the gigantic stack demanded everyone reload to at least 1/3 of his stack or he was going to quit the game. He wasn’t going to lay them 10-1 for a cheap double up.

Edit: Irrelevant drivel deleted, not my finest hour

I’ll try to find a PLO5 multiplayer odds calculator but hero had to have been a big dog to the field.

Edit: Randomly drawing hands for the fish, hero is right about 20% preflop.

LOL.

Heh, but still, I actually do now think it’s a fold to the 3! thoughβ€”-probably close, but still no need to lay odds with a good but not great hand to THREE bingo playing short-stacked fish while also being OOP to the second biggest stack.

I'm never folding here, but thanks.

At this point it's just trolling obv

What a trainwreck of a thread. Crying about player descriptions and folding aces pre. Jesus.

I'm almost sorry I posted the hand. Thought it was semi-interesting. Oh, well.

Well, at least now you know who has very poor poker understanding (everyone who wants to fold this hand). You are in a very good game.

It was amazing -- over four days. If this hand had held or the top set of aces I flopped the next day with the nut flush draw on the turn for a ~$5, 000 pot had held (plus a few others where I gii good), I would have been up $20, 000 easy. Next time!

It’s a very interesting hand. Its absolutely a fold late in a big money tournament.

Edit: More irrelevant drivel deleted.

From running sims on the rPoker app, it looks like all hero’s decisions are roughly equal preflop and she obviously got unlucky postflop. Probably just a matter of variance preference & heater check on how to play it on the flop. Hero certainly made no mistakes on the hand.

My friend, tournament play does not apply.

I know, just tossing it out there.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear or mistyped, but as played imo it was definitely a jam on the flop.
