Looked this up as it's one of the few shows in the thread I'd never heard of.
Canadian romantic drama television series, it follows two rival professional hockey players, Canadian Shane Hollander (Hudson Williams) and Russian Ilya Rozanov (Connor Storrie), whose on-ice animosity conceals a passionate, secret romance.
Hard to write a more off-putting description for me. But then saw all it's super high ratings, and found a reddit thread of people like me who said they started it and got completely hooked. Now I'm intrigued...

If it wasn’t from the co-creator and director of all of the episodes of Letterkenny and Shoresy, I wouldn’t have bothered. But Jacob Tierney has some serious game. The sex scenes can be a bit much, but I can’t say that they’re not necessary for what the show is.
