They seemed to think they had it since they immediately ordered her out of the vehicle and started trying to open the door.

And btw it's definitely not wordplay. The entire concept of probable cause hinges on what the violation is. They would obviously have probable cause for a traffic violation, but not necessarily for obstructing ICE in an enforcement action. This is not just pedantry, it matters.

You are free to call it wordplay, but it has been amply demonstrated to be relevant to the conversation.
So, what is the evidence that she was obstructing their actions? Was she waving cars past her in any of the videos? Can she be considered to be obstructing if she is not only not stopping them, but encouraging them to proceed?
These are important questions to answer to establish probable cause for them to even have reason to approach, let alone aggressively try to enter the vehicle, etc.
