2025 NFL Game Thread - Wildcard Weekend
Saturday
4:30pm & 8:00pm EST
Los Angeles Rams (-10.5) @ Carolina Panthers (FOX)
Green Bay Packers (-1.5) @ Chicago Bear
Caleb has CTE
Bears fans are now SF fans for a day
I would not have called TO with 0:44. It was only 3m4 yards for first down so they can clock it, throw short completion OOB and give Love a chance to compose himself. Either that or run an OOB play w/o TO.
Love looked surprised that LeFleur took the TO there.
Is LeFleur on hot seat? Epic meltdown last 2 months including 2 crushing losses to Bears, probably not.
I mean fine but he makes the the PAT and misses the FG they can kick for a tie, he misses the PAT but makes the FG theyβre kicking for the win
Yeah, no guarantee of anything, but Pack just got beat. Bungled TO on that last drive, bad break with the runoff, but Ben > LaFleur or whoever DC is.
green bay sux!!

To the fans he is for sure, I still like him as a coach in terms of play calling but he constantly ****s up with timeouts and takes his foot off the gas.
That being said the special teams is, has, and always will be turbo ass. They weren't single handedly responsible today but they have always been a key part in losses, especially in the playoffs
My takeaways from that game are that neither of these teams had any chance to SB and that I’m taking Loveland in fantasy next year.
My lookahead NFC lines:
Eagles win:
PH -3 ev
CH
LR
SE -2.5
9ers win:
SF
SE -4.5*
LR -3.5
CH
* - Trent playing SE -3.5

If there is any franchise ITL that has the least amount of decisions impacted by fans, it is Green Bay.
And ironically they are the only franchise owned by the fans.

Which is why he'll probably get another year at least. It does seem a little unfair to fire someone who's gone to the playoffs six from seven seasons and has a better win % than almost anyone in the last 30 years but concern would be that he just becomes the new Tomlin and we don't go anywhere
Ben Johnson is sure getting the last laugh in all of this.
He comes off kinda creepy in interviews but he is probably the only guy who can say he is at least as good as McVay.
And Caleb is only getting better. This season is a pure freeroll and the fans can't get enough of it.
Letβs wait a little longer before putting him up with McVay
Pats are a lock tomorrow. I predict a blow out
I have the bares winning next week regardless of schedule.
