Call, check dark.

In game, 55/77 makes no sense since he had position on flop.

So his hand range was probably specifically A5.

I thought about it, I wanted max value and went for a 3bet to 125, trying to get all the money on river.

Villain folded with ease.

Surprised me a bit villain had a fold button.

Eventually we limped a decent hand in utg planning to limp/3b vs others.
But villain in mp opened to 10, another caller in blinds. We just flat vs his tight opening range.
Flop 246cc we completely missed, we donked out 2/3 to try to take down the pot. V calls, his range was nfd+overpairs(AA probably), sb calls. Planning on barrel all non clubs on turn+river.
Turn K we barrel for 3/4, V calls
River Qc we gave up, obv V hits the flush, he flips over KKQJccss.
Maybe this hand was a bit overplay, since we had 0 equity in hand. But I thought I ranged V good except we were putting him on nfd instead of k high fd.

It’s going to be hard to extract value in either line, be it bet / 3b or bet / call and check turn. I think keeping him in the lead and letting him believe A5 or 77 is worth a value bet is our best chance and also protects us when we have the weaker boats.
