PartyPoker/Bwin admit that they use house bots/players

Hi, poker community! I hadn't been able to write this until now because I have been facing some serious problems, especially health ones, all this time.

As the title says, PartyPoker/Bwin admit that they use house bots/players. I put all the evidence below.

• First email message sent to PartyPoker/Bwin:

Who is BMcBoatface?
Why was he the only player registered 2 days in advance for the tournament called "The Opener", which took place on December 14th on BwinParty (i.e., PartyPoker and Bwin)?

No one could register until the entry ticket was released on December 14th as part of the promotion called "Advent calendar". No one but him.

I made you guys realize it on December 12th through the live support chat, and you guys unregistered this player from the tournament after our conversation.

Here you guys have proofs:

Some of BMcBoatface's tournament histories

According to his online statistics, he has played, in addition to test tournaments, real tournaments where he has won money.

All of the above makes me conclude either that he is a bot owned by BwinParty (house bot) or that BwinParty staff is behind this player (house player). And, upon deeper inspection, he is just one of many.

• Response from PartyPoker/Bwin to my first email message. They say that their house bots/players don't play any tournaments, nor win any prizes (it made me smile):

We are contacting you regarding your latest query.

We kindly inform you that we have to register/invite a test account in order to lock the tournament registration to other players.

This account does not play in the tournament, nor win any prizes.

Your understanding on the matter is greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are available 24/7.

Kind Regards,
Game Integrity Team

That is a silly lie, and you guys know it. My evidence is overwhelming: you guys use house bots/players. Period.

BMcBoatface's tournament histories and those of hundreds of other house bots/players that I discovered prove it. All of these players have played, in addition to test tournaments, real tournaments where they have won money.

• Response from PartyPoker/Bwin to my second email message. They say that their house bots/players do play tournaments, and do win prizes, but that any funds won are unable to be withdrawn (it made me laugh out loud):

We are contacting you regarding your latest query.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns over our test accounts.

We appreciate you taking the time to explain the situation, however, we would like to provide you with more detailed information about our test accounts and their purpose.

As you were previously informed, the accounts you refer to are test accounts and are marked in the system as such. Meaning that should any prizes in tournaments be won they are unable to be withdrawn by the owners of the test accounts. In all cases, every effort is made to try to ensure that the test accounts do not "win" any funds.

The reason we add test accounts to some tournaments in which other players can access is to either enforce a restricted player list or to refresh some details in the tournament lobby after changes are made in the backend. The tournament display will only update once a player has registered in certain situations. Again, if the test account player has to participate in the game then every effort is made in order that the test account does not "win" any funds.

There are occasions when we need to test a new feature in the live player-facing environment. This will be done, where possible, in an environment where no other players can access the game. In the event that we have to test a feature in a situation where other players are present in the game, we will make every effort to ensure the test accounts do not "win" any funds.

We hope this helps provide some clarity and understanding for you, and once again, thank you for writing.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are available 24/7.

Kind Regards,
Game Integrity Team

Well, that is it. By the way, in case anyone is wondering, you can find countless house bots/players by looking at BMcBoatface's tournament histories (one house bot/player leads you to another).

Complaining on forums achieves nothing. If we gather a group of people and submit a formal complaint to the regulator, demanding full transparency from poker sites and how they are audited, that is the way forward. They cannot be allowed to do whatever they want and cheat people. Players invest time, money, and energy. Something has to change already.
