New fast food discussion/review thread

Yeah, these all crush:
Red Robin $10 deal with endless sides
Outback $15 3 course meal including two sides and dessert
Chili's $11 3 for me deal with 1/2lb burger, app/salad, side and drink

I haven't been to 5 guys in years

It's been years since I've had 5Guys. Obviously it's the price point. If it was 60% of the cost, it would be a cool splurge meal, maybe monthly.

Taco Bell $6-8 box through the app good value

The Dirty Baja Blast was a favorite of mine last summer. Not sure if they still have it, but lord was it good.

Did Dominos tonight. One of my personal favorites as there's one 3 blocks from my house. Thin crust is highly underrated as are the bread balls. So good.

Those are all a no-go for me, no drive-thru.

I think Domino’s is the best national chain and their carry out deals are excellent.

Yeah, the Double Stack Taco. Those suckers slapped. I actually preferred them to the Double Decker.

This one was just the best.

Their pizza has definitely taken a step up in the last year or so. Their deep dish pan has surpassed the Hut. Their wings are still sub-standard though. Crossing my fingers hoping for improvement.

That's the crunchy taco inside a soft one with beans in-between? I always get that now because the crunchy taco shatters when you bite it, making a big mess.

Double Decker: beans in between (old item, brought back for a bit recently, now discontinued)

Double Stack: nacho cheese in between and fiesta strips in the middle (newer item for the value menu, now discontinued)

Double Decker was great back in the day and I definitely had a few when it was back recently.

sure made it easy to just flip each of them wide open before deploying multiple fire sauce packets while also allowing opportunity for redistributing green and orange confetti ingredients without any worry about sorting through some crumbling mess in your lap

Agreed! Dominos is very solid national chain pizza. Their bread products in general are all good. The rest of the menu has not caught up.

Ugh. I wish you hadn't told me that. Since my order a few days ago - not a day has gone by that I didn't want more Dominos. Hopefully it goes the way of Wingstop for me and I can overdose and get tired of it.

The worst thing is that it's just as good the next day (both bread and pizza) out of the air fryer.

Standard order is jalapenos and pep on thin crust, pep and sausage NY style, and cinnamon bread and garlic bread. So, so good.

Sonic's got that Chili Cheese Coney for under a buck and a half, Thursdays only, for a limited time.

The air fryer is such an elite device for reheating (and cooking). I have two and use them often.

Legitimately one of the most impactful technological innovations in terms of my every day life. It's amazing for things like fried chicken and frozen fries, but even just throwing unseasoned, frozen chicken breasts in there to put in a salad, burrito, pasta, etc. works out amazingly well.

Woah. And you can stack an offer. Got 2 and a large drink for under 5$. Added mustard and onion for free.
