How to deprioritize poker overall and only improve accountability in consistency in poker

I've been trying to deprioritize other aspects of poker, ie. Strategy, increasing ev and winrate, moving up in stakes, playing more hours. Im trying to worry only about accountability in playing consistently over time. What ive found is that the more you play over time the more you have accountability issues, at least thats what im going through right now. I think it makes sense as the more you play the more difficult it is to keep track of things.

Any ideas on how to prioritize improving accountability, whether its accountability of not tilting or just lapsing the odd session after multiple sessions overtime, whether its not feeling like you have mental issues because youve been accumulating wear and tear from continuous play over time, not feeling stagnant and you need to redeposit your bankroll to take shots at moving up.

Im already a proven winner at midstakes, however im experimenting with moving down, to work on the accountability of consistency. Even things like bankroll mangement for moving up, disciplined requirements for withdrawing from your roll is an accountability factor that could use improvement.

Its not accountable at all to be able to withdrawal from your roll and then have the odd downswing that was more of a accountability lapse, and then redeposit to not have to grind back to get back to the midstakes because of a downswing.
