It's irrelevant if it's sheer stupidity, America has gun laws where you can legally carry a firearm and the footage clearly shows him being disarmed anyway. Stupidity doesn't warrant being shot multiple times while you're restrained, on the ground and not holding your legal firearm. I'm aware the investigation isn't complete and I'm also aware what I saw with my own eyes from multiple different angles in that footage. Again it looks like a straight up execution.
Here's another thought, how about ICE don't execute unarmed civilians?

So now the folks that had rabid hatred for Rittenhouse want to compare the situations. I think the key difference is that Rittenhouse was on the other side of looters and arsonists and these protesters are against law enforcement. That's a really significant distinction.

I've seen clips and slow motion breakdowns but still not clear on what actually happened. The driver being shot was 100% legal ( but imo unnecessary) this incident looks a lot more complicated to understand.
