I think the adjustment is more mental: like ok preflop I succeeded in building the pot to a point where they have made calls that cannot be profitable, now I'm going to buckle up and ride the unstoppable train to showdown. Whatever strategy you come up with to get your opponents to put money in bad is up to you. Check flop, bet small, shove to get them to make just one decision, ...
This is one of the worst played hands I have seen posted or called into Crush Live Poker, etc.
Preflop is good. At the Flop, the SPR is less than 1 so checking is completely fine. I think it's actively good. We're either almost dead or crushing. If we're almost dead the money goes in regardless. So no reason to build a pot here. This isn't a 3bet pot; the SPR matters.

yes. You can slowplay much more in 4bet pots than in 3bet pots because the SPR is lower. In a 3bet pot, I'd say this is a mandatory bet on the Flop because otherwise we can't get all the money in by the River. But in this case, it's only one (less than) pot-sized bet left anyway, so we can slowplay one street, or even two, and still get all the money in.
