How do you stop observed hands showing in opponents huds?

DriveHUD stop working on Ignition after the latest update. Don't know if it is just me or my PC tho.

Yes, they updated. It wasn't a simple update, but I'm told the dev team should have a fix tomorrow.

Well i play heads up, say im observe player 1 playing vs player 2, and then later i play player 1, i dont want to see data from hands hes played vs player 2 in my HUD, i only want to see data from hands hes played against me

If anything its the opposite of datamining, i specifically dont want observed hands to import and they currently are

Have you HU's HUD only have vs hero stats. Whatever HUD you're using, you can right click on the stats from your HUD tab, and check the option to show vs hero. You'll see all their numbers but then also ones just versus you.

I tried to check my entire lifetime DB in drivehud and then it froze and shut down

Now I can't open it anymore even when I restart my PC. Any solution to this? Do I have to reinstall it? I don't want to lose all the data or my HUD set ups, etc

EDIT: I installed the latest update in the post above and I still have this problem

Impossible to say what the issue is w/o a log, but typically something like this is firewall / virus scanner related. Try and temp turn those off, re-install dh2.

If that doesn't help, then manually send you log file to support. It's located here by default:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\DriveHUD 2\Logs\drivehud.txt

Hey! A suggestion for an important update with the HUD:

I love the update you did to click on a stat to open the popup. However it's annoying not having the option to click on the box to close it.

Often when checking popups you have a difficult decision and want to make some easy folds on other tables. It's really annoying when the popups closes when hovering away the mouse.

So if it's not that difficult, please try to add "click on the popup to close it" option

For context, everything in this question is regarding play on a heads up table.

- If i filter in the dashboard for villain 1 it reports losses of $1540.16 in 6286 hands
- If i filter in the dashboard for hero, and then do an opponent report for villain 1, it reports losses for villain 1 of $1344.80 in 5560 hands
- If i filter in the dashboard for villain 1, and then do an opponent report for hero, it reports winnings for hero of 195.64 in 5560 hands

Does that mean that both these are correct:

A) hero is up $195.64 at the heads up tables vs villain 1, and we have both paid (($1344.80-$195.64)/2) $574.58 in rake each over the 5560 hands?
B) villain 1s total losses at the tables and in paid rake, vs me and 726 observed hands is $1540.16?

And secondly,

I am looking for a stat for this exact situation: every time villain 3bets at a heads up tables and gets called, cbets the flop and then check/folds the turn

Which of these two stats are correct?

- Check/Fold Turn as PFR 3BP%
- Cbet Flop and Check/Fold Turn 3BP%

There's the opponent and population reports for that. Loading all aliases would bog down or crash most systems. You can technically do it now, but it's not recommended.

Maybe a dumb question... How do I use the staking report?

Is there any way to get the HUD to scale down with a table when its made smaller?

Yes, it will auto scale, except for the plain stat box. The plain stat box is static, but this is going to be updated.

Yes. Creating new stats for your database and/or HUD is fine. I've not seen any site have an issue w/ it to date.

I don't know the specific filter. There's was like 2 or 3 that weren't applying. And there was a minor speed improvement for manual hand import.

Hey, can you please add that you can close the popup with a mouse click. Like you added a mouse click to open it. Would be really useful for me and others. Thank you
