2/2 - 9 handed, timed rake, no bring in.

V1 - aggrofish - likes to 3bet preflop alot. 100eff
V2 - young white guy - seen him around before, no memories of his playstyle or hh, this session nothing stood out. 900-1000 eff
v3 - nit reg - plays super tight ranges preflop+postflop. 500eff

Hero doubled up with AAxx not too long ago, covers the table. We doubled up thanks to v1 pumping it up with his min 4bet jam, then the initial 3bettor 5bet pot, we 6b jam sticked it in and ran good.

V1 in utg limps
V2 opens to 10 in +1
V3 calls in +2
some more callers
Hero in sb calls w/AA32
V1 pops it up to 50
V2 calls
V3 calls
Folds back to hero

I re-pop it. V2 and V3 can't/shouldn't be very strong. I'm willing to get 100bb in vs V1.

These are some of the worst aces. While I don’t mind 4b to realize, we need to have some fold equity. If we have 0 whatsoever, just flat em

This is how I view it as well.

In game we decided to repot.
V1 calls
V2 calls
V3 folds.

Flop 782cc
We snap jammed
V tank forever and finally calls and says he can't fold this hand w/79T5 no clubs
He has to put me on 789T w/fd specifically to fold this flop. I would've snapped with his hand tbh, but folded pre.

We ran twice and chopped the side pot. We took down the main pot.

Yea like mentioned 4betting might be bad if we don't have fold equity. We basically risking 1000 while opponent only risking 200 more to see a flop. Gets it in as equity favorite if they hit it hard.

If you had just called pre, I think you get pushed off of the flop -- it doesn't seem like one you can comfortably bet or call a bet.

I'd flat the weakest aces. It's still a very good spot for you on the flop with the short stack after you.

Say we flat preflop.

on flop 782cc
Shortstack jams for 50
both v2 and v3 call
We fold? or call?

Mostly calling in those spots with a good price, I mean it's not a horrible spot. OTOH spots when you hit the A, trips, sd+overpair or babyfd+overpair on a good board are very profitable as you can see what they do first.

how do you chop just the side? u run it twice for the side pot only?

Yea, the main pot was once.
The side pot was bigger than main pot.
