0% chance at the $500. Def scrap that and focus on the $250 - it'll still be close.
Always an option to add for example up to 10 blank squares. If a blank square hits the payout it will roll forward, or backwards if the final square hits a 'blank'. Going that route turns a tough 43 $250 squares into a do-able 33 $250 squares. Blanks are fun sweats because you get to root for them as well as your square.
Once the $50 board here fills up and ec_outlaws $150 board fills up then the only remaining option on 2p2 that I know of is the $250 board. I think it'll be able to run.
