They’d have to show ID and it wouldn’t match my account card I used. But showing a picture of the ticket should work the next time the Powerball hits.

FWIW I asked at this particular casino’s sportsbook if they’d cash it off a phone without a player account & matching ID, and they said no.
Edit: What happens if thief cashes it off phone with no ID, and then I show up with the real ticket ten minutes later?

Pistons are gonna win it all. People don't realize it yet but it's inevitable now. I'm old. Im almost 50. I've seen this show before. This prestigious organization only wins one way, by being tougher than everyone else and this team is clearly the toughest in the league right now and it's pissing teams off. The NBA is fucked. The Pistons truly are BACK.
Lame. Pistons refocused faster than we did after the ejections. Still happy with how we battled against the top team in the east. Beat Atlanta on Wednesday.
