Things that shouldn't piss you off, but do.
Feel free to add your own. I'll give two really quick.
1. This girl I'm friends with on facebook makes a post about how s
One of my dogs eats his puke so quickly that I don't know if he has puked unless I see him in the process. A week or two ago I watched him re-eat one meal twice. And I wouldn't bet there wasn't at least one more dinner seating that I missed.
Asian foie gras
I think there should be a Spring and Autumn Olympics.
I think there should be some sort of grand scale international competition for amateur athletes.
OK but no fair using professional camera people, announcers, or judges.
Drone ski shots are revolutionary. imo.
I was using chatgpt to find the error in a script I wrote. Of course it pointed out the error and suggested a different approach and provided a solution. Ok.
But then I typed thank you out of habit. WTF is wrong with me?
Does this mean I have been assimilated? Thanking the machine overlords.
You're fine. It's a language model, that's how languages work.
i use ai a lot for work, the paid kind which won't just ignore you if you use bad words
i've genuinely found it very effective to unleash my inner ari gold whenever it steadfastly refuses or plays dumb because that's the best way to get it to to go "oh he's quite upset, there's something i'm doing completely wrong here, let's step back and consider"
it's actually become pretty necessary way to break out of a strawberry situation
there's hundreds of videos on this, some are much better than others

better safe than sorry....if the overlords know you to be a polite carbon-based organism, they may save you from destruction and keep you around like a pet.

I use caps freely to demonstrate that I am fed up with its nonsense and it needs to rethink. If you curse at ChatGPT enough it will start cursing back at you. I haven't had to yell at Claude nearly as much to keep it in line.
but for any "we're an x business" really
like there are booths you see at farmers markets that won't even tell you what the product is in their signage but will go into great detail that it's a female owned and operated or minority owned etc etc
no, i'm not going to play peek a boo and approach your stall and personally enquire what it is you are making/selling, that's what the sign is for

I have thanked an Echo device just being a smartass and got a "You've very welcome!" back.
On a related note not too long ago I told an Echo device to turn on a specific light but I wasn't facing the Echo device directly. I got a comment to the effect of an ice cold "Well!" and the light was not switched on. I was really puzzled until a few days later I told a different Echo device to turn on the same light, again while not facing the Echo directly. This time I got something like "I do not respond to comments of that nature. Goodbye!" I was really confused. I eventually figured out that the name of the device was likely misunderstood as "*******." LOL!
eta: ******* is another term for anus
Now I'm curious about your light-naming system.
Tried an experiment with ChatGPT where I opened two windows and came at the same problem from two angles regarding replacing the circulator on my sidearm hot water tank. The broken circulator was a ten year old Grundfos 15-58 and the new version is the Grundfos Alpha UPSe 15-58. One recommended that I replace like for like and the other recommended that I update. Both got the same input data but I "steered" the former into the same model and the latter into the newer Alpha.
No — you do not need an Alpha 15-58.
Here’s why a Grundfos UPS15-58FC (what you already have) is the correct pump for your DHW loop, and choosing an Alpha would be unnecessary or even suboptimal.
✅ Best replacement choice (recommended)
Grundfos ALPHA 15-58 (cast iron, flanged, IFC version)
Of course, with AI today you have to check its work. I have a coworker that will copy/paste ChatGPT output into ticket requests and I'm to the point now where I have my team refuse straight ChatGPT input.
when unable to hear your station in the tube
Preparing to make a post mocking RED's post only to realize that he was mocking the post you were about to make even though it had not been posted anywhere in the thread.
The man has superpowers. nth level thinking ftw!
call in mockery shows color well outside the lines of my pro or con scottish insultant laden tolerance levels
Jake Paul being engaged to that dutch speed skater?
It shouldn't piss me off because obviously I have no chance of dating her but it still does.
Guess I'm just a hater.
