At the end of the registration process, I get a message asking me to contact the help center (screenshot attached). I've already emailed support, but they've ignored me. I tried live chat, but they didn't give me any helpful advice. I still can't register an account. 888rep, please help. Can you recommend a solution? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

whenever I am busting a MTT/Blast Game there is a decent Chance that all visuals of my Client are freezing. It doesn't happen all the time, probably in about 25% of cases. So when finishing a Tourney the Table gets auto-closed (with another Pop-up of finishing Position and/or question wether or not I want to reenter the tourney), there is a weird lag already when that happens, but most of the time Client stays stable. Either way it never just "crashes", but rather all the visuals are completely freezing. When I have another table up while one of these freezes happen, all sounds are still continuing (chips-sounds, alert when it's my Turn etc) however all visuals remain stuck. Trying to click through the clients tournament-schedule it's also frozen there.
Force-closing (via task Manager, only way) and reopening the software fixes the issue obviously, but I am from Germany and have then to wait 5 minutes after logging before I can take any action at any Table again. Thus, for many months now I am forced to play only 1 Table at the time on 888, because if I played multiple tables I would just watch my stacks blind away for 5 minutes.
This issue must have to do with some update of the past, because this started to happen to me a year or so ago, I never had such an issue for years prior.. My Computer Setup has not changed since, but I have a decent gaming PC, it definitely has nothing to do with my PC-Components. I use Intuitive-Tables while playing and thought that could cause the issue (by interfering with the Software somehow or so), but recently I tried 888 while not using IT and same thing happened.
Maybe anyone reading this had a similar issue in the past and got it fixed somehow? I would love to play a lot more Volume on 888, but this issue is just a pain and would be very costly if I would start grinding 888 properly this way.

been playing here ten years from Chile, suddenly all withdrawal methodsβSkrill, Neteller, Luxonβgot blocked. Only bank transfer left. I deposited with those e-wallets, why canβt I pull out the same way? Now they want a bank statement with my address, SWIFT code, account number, all in one. But Chilean banks donβt print addresses on statements. Support even told me to open a new bank account with different bank even when I sent all the options from 3 different banks! also sent them my Wise statement exactly as asked, they reject it saying βfrom another countryβ. So Iβm stuck, no way to cash out my balance. Iβve chatted support five times, same loop. Need this fixedβeither reopen my e-wallets or accept a local cert like the last one I sent, which has everything they list. Whatβs the real rule?

Seems to me that you have a lot of apps opened at the same time and are playing other sites at the same time also. Maybe just experiment when the issues all start and just play the minimum to see when it gets worse.

Why can german players actually not play? There are minimum 5 players from Germany who can not play.
Also haven't recieved Rakeback this week aswell.
Is this issue currently under review? I'm asking because there was no further responce after the original sent over message.
