Disenfranchising on-land owners doesn't seem right, but neither does giving them the same rights a property tax payers. Having renter's votes count as 3/5 of a normal vote is a fair compromise.
I see that lagtight is in favor of disenfranchising himself. I can't imagine that being a street preacher results in a lot of taxable income.

This is a very modern response. With an apparently straight face, you say that poor people shouldn't be allowed to vote. When the predictable objections follow, you seem to shift into "not sure if serious" mode. You preserve optionality, and the rest of us shrug and conclude that we haven't necessarily learned anything about what you actually think.
