Is it still possible to get Diamond in a Day?
I have read about it in the past, just curious.
absolutely can’t resist including him in any pic I take 😃

Geez, I have to be Seven Stars now to pick up drinks in a store. I might not be able to do that anyway if I need to download coupons onto a phone.
Quick question on the promo caps.
I’ll be heading into March with 50k+ Tier Credits from sports, so the 90k promotional cap should be enough to lock in Seven Stars.
What I’m trying to understand is the 40k cap during 10x multiplier events — is that per week, per event, or account-wide?
Specifically, during 3/23–3/29, if Horseshoe Baltimore, Horseshoe St. Louis, and Caesars Atlantic City are all running 10x, could I property-hop and stack them to get ~90k in that one week? Or does the 40k cap stop you once it’s hit regardless of location?
Trying to see if a one-week push for 90k TC is actually possible.
Pretty sure you can not property hop. Need to wait for another event
Have people confirmed the video poker bonus cap. Never seen it heard a rumor once or twice
yeah ty but isn’t a different destination altogether a different event ?
I think it's going to be really tough to get a definitive answer on this one, even from Caesars. These would be deep down in some rules that probably few know for sure. As we have seen in the past you can even get different answers from employees.
You could also run into weird rules where something like AC and Baltimore are both considered "northeast" so conflict where maybe st Louis is a different region so that would count.
If you try it, surely report back and let us know the outcome.
Not trying to derail, but can for sure document if useful.
Plan is ~25k + 5k daily at Laughlin → Ak-Chin → NOLA in March.
That’s ~90k total from promos, plus ~60k already from sports, so stacking may not even be necessary if everything tracks and variance cooperates.
Not trying to derail, but can definitely document if useful.Plan for March is 40k total at the 10xs in Laughlin/Ak-Chin and 50k total at the 10xs in NOLA/AC. Four consecutive weeks from 3/5 - 3/30. That’s ~90k from the 10x multipliers, plus ~60k from sports, so stacking in the same week may not even be necessary (especially since all four of these are different weeks/promo peri
WTF? Ak-chin has multiplier days?!? I live in AZ but Caesars never sends me anything on Ak-Chin. I sure as hell would like to save several hours of driving to Vegas and go to Ak-Chin instead. I checked vpfree, and they only say "nothing good". Have you played at Ak-Chin? What kind of paytables do they have? Vegas is no great shakes either any more, and I would give up a few tenths of a percentile if I could take a daytrip instead of driving all day each way.
BTW, it looks like Laughlin has a 10x in starting 3/5 and Ak-Chin starting 3/13. If they're "officially" two separate events, you could pick up a lot of tc's quick.
Will be going for the first time but saw online after doing some digging that they do have vp presumably 9/5 JoB but I can report back in here after.
Yeah think can get 80k across the Laughlin/AK-chin but don’t quote me on that can’t get a definitive answer ffs. caesers is very obtuse lol.
apologize for spam not really sure how else to pass along this information but these are the screenshots I found for the four events I referenced (including Laughlin and AK-Chin).
Good luck!!

Will be going for the first time to AK-Chin for that 10x 40k cap. I did see what you saw on vpfree but after doing some digging it seems that they do have vp.. presumably 9/5 JoB in addition to other stuff but I can report back in here after. Yeah think can get 80k across the Laughlin/AK-chin events + multiple daily bonuses but don’t quote me on that can’t get a definitive answ
Good luck to you too. I usually lose a ton on these 10x promos. Wish I could shoot for 7 Stars but I'd prob go bust before I made it, even if I budgeted 10 grand.
RtP, reach out if you will be at Ak Chin on a weekend or mid-week evening Mar 13-17?. Maybe I'll point the m/c south and blow a couple hundred at VP with you.
Ak Chin doesn't have poker anymore? Don't see it in Bravo or Poker Atlas. Except for a Los Lobos concert in their event center, it's been since pre-Covid since I've been in the casino proper.

Will do, I would love that!
Not sure what days I’ll be at AK-chin yet, but do have a little road trip planned with St Louis, MO 23-25, Council Bluffs, IA 25-27, Maryland 27-30, and NC 3-5 booked so far (10x in Danville, VA 30-5).
Any tips/strategies for timing when to book Caesars hotel stays?
I’m looking for a Friday and Saturday night about a month away and it’s slowly creeping up in price. Does it detect me looking at it daily and is increasing the price because of that?
I noticed that I have more comped rooms (including a couple Friday/Saturday) over the next couple weeks. Is the best strategy to just wait until two weeks or one week before the hotel stays and then book it?
By the way, I get so mad because I’m a Diamond Plus member getting these higher prices rooms and my wife, who’s only Gold with her separate account, is getting a ton of Saturday nights comped. So frustrating.
The best strategy is to book immediately when you know your trip dates then to periodically check. If rates go down, cancel reservation and rebook under new rates.
This is what I do every year for WSOP for example, I rechecked my booked dates a few days ago and the total price went down $50. Cancelled and rebooked with no issues.

I don't know about checking it once a day. It seems to detect multiple checks on the same day, and raises the price. Because of that it can be dangerous to cancel on the website and try to rebook. I usually do that on the phone.
Obviously do whatever you are comfortable with, but anytime I have seen a lower price, cancelled on the web and immediately went to book on the website again, I never had an issue.
I don't think they are messing with prices if you check on the same day, I guess they could be to try to induce FOMO but I just think they use their whatever algorithm and based on your player account show the price and that could lead to fluctuating prices based on whatever their algorithm is doing.
If they were doing stuff like changing prices if you check twice, I don't see why then they would ever show and allow you to book a lower price after cancelling, I'm actually surprised this has worked for so long, allowing you to get a better price after booking, cancelling and rebooking.

As far as Vegas goes way more often than not rooms drop as the date gets closer. Obviously it can go the other way sometimes. I've had trips I extended where I was planning to leave on a Friday and then the weekend tanked.

It's easy enough to try for yourself. Look up the price for a 3 day weekend, like Memorial day. View the individual day prices, like you were going to book, no just look at the matrix. Then close your browser and check again right away. Every time I've done this it's more expensive the second time.

This likely isn't true, but if it is, then there are ways around it.
There is no penalty to cancel 48 hours out? Just book it. You have a set amount of time to complete your booking. Cancel the other reservation in that timeframe.
I am going to back to Vegas this summer without a host. I have booked Cosmo 4 times and saved $1k by booking, cancelling, and rebooking.
I've never gotten fake newsed on price. Cancel and rebook quite often.
This made me go check FoundersCard, just out of curiosity. They are offering me a deal! $99 to rejoin, lol. Too bad they don't have anything much of value now that Caesars is gone.
I take it you can't join Founders to get Hilton Gold, match that to Wyndham Diamond then match that to Caesars Diamond?
just used some vouchers at Fulton cafe in Harrah’s. It’s open 24hrs seems to be similar to Starbucks possibly better depending on the location and what you’re getting
they have naked juice and protein shakes etc as well
They changed the rules a couple of years ago that Wyndam diamond has to be earned to Caesars to tier match it.
If you are CET Diamond then WYNDHAM will absolutely match the CEASARS status and upgrade you in THEIR system to Diamond and as I understand it THAT status does NOT change each year as long as your account remains active with WYNDHAM.
As you note Caesars does show this disclaimer
"Caesars Rewards will not grant status to Wyndham Rewards members who came into the Wyndham Rewards program from a tier match promotion with other programs or who previously had recent Caesars Rewards status that was about to expire, and vice versa."
Personally I did not come into the Wyndham program thru a status match but I WAS upgraded from Platinum Wyndham to Diamond Wyndham thru my CET match status.
Now the question is if IN PRACTICE they have the level of communications BETWEEN Caesars and Wyndham to actually implement this in reality.
If I fail to reach Diamond this year at CET I will certainly be TRYING to use my upgraded Wyndham account status to STATUS MATCH back to Diamond at Caesars in 2027.
