Guys, please—we're aware of the Coinpoker update today. This is maybe the first site update I've seen where people keep asking, will there ever be support again?
Yes, of course. It's a site update, just like thousands that have happened on other sites before. It's an entirely new platform. Coinpoker would not send us an advanced copy, unfortunately. They slow rolled the release, so the development team just got the updated version. It will not be a simple fix, because as I said, it's an entirely new platform (electron).
As soon as an update is ready, I will update in here, and it will be in our forums as well as posted as an auto update. No need to contact support. TY!

The hud appears now for me on coin but its kind of buggy/laggy. It works for a while then stops, or seems to be updating but lagged about 20 mins in the past in terms of hands coming in.
And when you close drivehud to reopen thinking that may fix it, coin crashes (tested 2/2)

for some reason i can’t see it launching when a free roll tournament is playing.tried to reopen of course .It was working before
while playing cash, i was showing hud but it was very laggy and eventually didnt save the hand as it should.

Yes, there was an issue w/ some MTT's w/ that build. Close DH2, re-open and update to the latest. It's been fixed. I will post it here soon as well.

1. It use to save the history into processed data folder and them i used to load into pt4 but for some reason it not being saved there anymore. Although i see the data and has history within the DriveHud app.
2. When entering a table theres the “once one full hand is played” message i noticed it actually starts showing hud after more than one full hand

1) Yes, it won't save there anymore. It's complicated to explain why, but you can go to your sessions report or tournaments (depending on what you're playing), right click and export the hands into raw format to import.
2) Yes, this can definitely happen depending on when you entered. Basically, DH2 has to wait until it gets all the hand data attributes sent for the table, game type, etc.. from coin before it writes its first hand.
3) Yes, this is now supported.

1. it tried using the export a tourney to 3rd party file (poker stars with titled and dh format) - drive hub format xml was getting an error on pt4, the pokerstar export seem to import hands but but as different profile in pt4. then tried the export to excel but an error again from pt4.

I just saw the dev pull and looks like they restored saving to the processed hand folder. I asked if that should import into other DB's, and they said yes, so when they are doing testing the build and I post, it should resolve your issue.

I just updated to new version you just showed and on coin I am seeing a higher hand count in the software when i type in someone's name than on the table, and these were hands tracked earlier today.
For example, I see in the system 80 hands tracked at same limit today from a person and when loading up a new table of this new version it only shows 14 hands and it's like that for several I checked.

What tables are you playing, because if it's a different game variant, then that data will be separated? If it was AIOF, support was just added, so tracking may be different.
I never played AIOF, just NLHE with random bomb pots, same game before and after the update and my settings in hud are historical data.

So just to be clear, you see a higher hand count when you type someone's name into the player ID (for reports), but the count is different in the hud? If so, that could be for several reasons (filters, different game variants). Nothing really changed in this last version, except AIOF being added. The parsing, hand formatting, everything is the same.
