It would be great if there were mandatory 100bb tables.

I've emailed support twice and they've not responded.

3 days later, I've received a response which ignored my question and told me "You can access your Hand History directly in the CoinPoker client. To do this, open My Profile in the top‑right corner and select Game History. There you can view all Cash Game and Tournament hands from the past 30 days."

This "tool" is pretty worthless as far as I can tell (unless i'm doing something wrong) as you can't look up individual hh. Instead, you have to guess in which session the hand occurred, and then manually search through all hands played.

I'm extremely underwhelmed by support at this point. The more I play, the more confident I am that I won't be playing Coin over the long term.

Regarding the CHP part please email support.com and they can perform a manual conversion to USDT they have done this in the past for players.

I have emailed the support asking them for a manual conversion from CHP to USDT. Without any bonus, just take my CHP and get me USDT. Still waiting for their reply. It would be really appreciated if they would do it.

I have created a new account on this forum just for writing here, because I cannot access my old one.

It is a disgrace to release such a shitty software. It is full of bugs and ransomware.
The best thing is when opening/joining a table, the buyin is deducting from my balance but I cannot see the table. After a few minutes the buy-in is credited back to my account but I lose money by having posted blinds on a table which I cannot see. Great experience!

Can anyone help me out here please?

I am trying to withdraw from coinpoker

Can anyone tell me how to do this? Im pretty frustrated,
I cant paste my bitcoin address in the field in the app on mobile, nor in the client on PC

Also, it says put a 1 in front of the address? is this still the case? It says that on the mobile version,
but nowhere on the website.

So what address do I put there??

Can anyone confirm they did a withdrawel? And how they did it?

Also I got promised 100% rakeback, where is that? I am raking a ton of money and only got like a few dollars so far.

What is up with the rakeback coins? Is that the rakeback?

This has been discussed above.

by Snipe m

This has been discussed above.

I read that, so they really give you CH coins or whatever? basically 100% rakeback month is a scam?
I could switch some to UST.

Have you ever made a withdrawel there, can you help me?

by Snipe m

This has been discussed above.

where exactly?

I thought Coinpoker were done with their cryptocurrency and you get RB in USDT directly? Is it not so?

...dealer button same color as red chips...

+1,000,000,000

Since Coin Poker is pushing out daily fixes to the software, I thought I would give this one some extra love.

No matter the stakes you play, it seems like the default chip graphics is red chips for the blinds. Come on now, make the dealer button a different color to easily see positions throughout hand. Make the dealer button silver, yellow or white, although yellow or white might be too stark.

Also to any poker site on the planet, I will gladly beta test your buggy software for 100% rakeback and not bitch and moan about fixable software like some in here are doing. But be aware once the 100% rakeback ends, my ass will be hitting the screen door as I leave if your rake is as high as Coin Poker's rake caps.

So is the 100% rakeback automatic and I don't have to do anything to get it, or do I have to buy CHP or something? Where does the rakeback show in the client? The only thing I can see that resembles rb info is the coins enquiry option in wallet.

It's automatic and paid in usdt the next day.
If you have raked any, then under wallet you see "Total Balance, Withdrawable and Rewards". Rewards is rb and you can transfer it to main balance in seconds. Also can see total rake paid under Coins Enquiry - Coins = total rake paid.

Though, some people are not seeing the Rewards button, I assume it will be fixed soon.

Got charged a 4.8% fee for depositing with Ethereum, are we fucking serious CoinPoker?

Table popping to front is very bad, it needs a ton of work, you end up making actions you meant for other tables. I'm sure others have mentioned wait for bb, also sit out at next bb.

i would like to second this. it needs to be same like the previous software, whereby only after ure done with the current table, the next table popsup that requires ur action

Like others have also mentioned, this software is a complete data hog, I have 32gigs of ram and a 9900x and if your searching for tables, you can easily use all 32 gigs of ram with a few other things open with fairly high cpu usage to, I can only imagine slightly older models especially low end am 4 and lower intel really struggling with this.. I guess we need 64 gigs of ram when it's at all time highs lol.

Yep also have high end pc and maxed out gpu and cpu fairly easily

https://casino.guru/complaints/coincasin...

The player from the United Kingdom had his account closed and balance confiscated by CoinCasino after a significant win, despite having registered, deposited, and played without restrictions. He requested the return of his remaining balance or a clear legal justification for the confiscation, claiming the casino’s actions were unfair and against responsible practices. The player had completed KYC verification successfully, disclosed his UK residence, and accumulated winnings without bonus abuse, while the casino accepted deposits and allowed play for a significant period. Despite extensive evidence of UK-targeted marketing and the casino’s acknowledgment of the balance, CoinCasino refunded only deposits and withheld winnings citing restricted country policies.

Very unfair, be careful.

This is the heart of the problem I have outlined here:

The person is lucky enough that they returned his deposits.

AI summary if tldr:

“The post points out a gap between what CoinPoker says in its AML/KYC policy and what actually seems to happen when people sign up.

The site promotes anonymous play with just an email and no geo-blocking, yet its own policy says new users should provide identity details, proof of address, and ID verification, and that players from restricted jurisdictions shouldn’t be onboarded.

The concern is that if these checks aren’t done until later—like when someone tries to withdraw—it could lead to accounts being closed or payouts being withheld.”

So many tournament regs who played here almost 24/7 for years just disappeared since the new software is launched.
I wonder if that is because their "botware" stopped working.

If you go back to before all of these changes, Coin Poker had a tiny amount of traffic. Coin Poker had more hype than players. They threw large amounts of incentives at nosebleed players and social media influencers to hype the poker site, but from a regular player traffic perspective, Coin Poker was tiny. Change was needed. If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.

Old software? Gone.
Need to use their strange coin for rakeback? Gone.

The new software being mostly an image clone of the poker site with the current highest traffic is no surprise. However, doing almost no internal testing is bad. But Coin Poker is tiny; there weren’t a lot of people to test with anyway. I would rather Coin Poker had used a more direct and honest approach and some of the complaints here wouldn’t exist. I would rather Coin Poker had said,

“We have new software and in a win-win we are going to have 100% rakeback for a month while you guys test it out and report all the bugs and improvements needed. This thread will be the ‘software improvement’ thread for next month. Keep reporting bugs and ideas to improve the software…and keep enjoying the 100% rakeback along the way for the next month.”

And as far as getting rid of the coin needed rakeback, that would have been great had it not been replaced by a quiet rake cap increase of 50% or more on some stakes.

Piss poor execution on everything so far. Piss poor. This comes full circle. This piss poor execution means, “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”

I just had a completely unacceptable security incident on the new CoinPoker client.

While actively playing 6 tables, I was suddenly logged out, all tables were closed, and I got a message saying that someone had logged into my account from another device.

That was not me.

I do not have another device connected to my CoinPoker account, and the mobile app is not even available for download in my country, so this makes even less sense.

I immediately contacted support and asked them to verify the login logs, IP/device details, and confirm whether this was an actual second login or yet another serious client/session bug. No reply so far.

This is not a minor UI issue. If the new client is randomly kicking players out of active games and showing “another device” login messages, that is a major security and trust problem.

Has anyone else experienced this exact issue?

^ I left my pc on overnight, came back in the morning and also had the message "you logged in from elsewhere" when i didnt. I have 2fa so highly suspect its some weird bug but still not ideal

This is exactly why this is not a minor bug. If this happens during active play, a player can lose real money instantly. Imagine being in a huge river pot with the nuts, facing an all-in, and getting forcibly disconnected because the client falsely throws a “logged in from elsewhere” message. That is not just annoying — it is a serious game integrity issue.
