Is it possible to beat 25% administrative fee (rake) in live tournament?

Hello guys!
My question is this. Is it possible to beat live tournament in the long run,if administrative fee is 25%?
My problem obviously is low bankroll and I can't really afford to take a shot at higher buy ins were administrative fee(rake) much lower percentage wise.
I have very little sample size of results. I am slightly negative after about 100 tournaments. But my wife played about 200 and she has positive results but most of her wins at higher buy ins were administrative fee 20% and 16.6%.
Also at this point, I not concern about slightly negative results of mine because I keep track all my all-in preflop results and it shows that I was quite unlucky with those. And I am wining online where I play much higher volume then in live tournaments.
However, I really want to know what results good/decent player should expect with administrative fee as high as 25%.

MATH? Dumb poker community doesn’t know math! Boycott tournaments with 20+% rake.! Too many players are stupidly paying this and defending it! Stupid idiots!
Pro players should be leading resistance to this scam, but they aren’t. Why? Even Phil Helmont would not be profitable in 20%+ games, MATH MATH MATH
