USA Goes to War Against Iran
Time for a dedicated thread to the war.
How long will it last and what will be the probable outcome?
I think there is an issue with the launchers. They have to move them after every launch and amero-Israel is constantly scanning for them. Plus they have plantir software looking for patterns and probabilities where future launchers will come from. On the flip side, the ragtag Houthis were able to shut down the red sea with Iranian tech and there was nothing the us could do to s
Palantir is just an old school information bin. It's military Sigint that sees movement and tracks where everything is in real time.
the stock piles are low on the low/mid tier stuff and mostly artillery which is not needed here. they kept the good stuff for themselves. its not like their bombing on the scale of that war. they are just using a couple percussion munitions a day. Its mostly the long range high tech stuff they wouldn't share. you realize for iran to strike back they need air defense right or everything will just be blown up on the landing pads . its reported they have already lost 80% of their defenses. shahed drones are huge bigger then you think. Your going to notice them in numbers on the ground before and after they take off. You can't hide them in your jihadist living room. im sure they will be great for taking out Jewish civilians but an American aircraft carrier ? gl
If one us ship is destroyed ill eat a bear

We're saying from when they launch a missle and we strike the site is 3-4 minutes. Might be even less now that we have hunter drones flying around with impunity; if they kept up their launches at the rate of a few days ago they'd run out of missiles in a few days and that we've destroyed most of their missle fuel depots and destroyed the facilities that make the fuel. However:

Experts said the vessels are probably carrying a key precursor for rocket fuel, making it notable that Beijing let them sail while the U.S. and Iran are at war.

You're not going to eat a bear but Iran wins this war if they hold off w/e it is that Trump wants to do until they decide they don't want to do it anymore and decide to up and leave - which is what the US should do.
Killing their next five successors and destroying 80% of the rest of their missiles doesn't change the threat level one aiota.

Yeah, it seems Iran has quite a healthy inventory of missiles but the delivery system may be the weak point.

The estimate is the US has around 4,000 tomahawks in inventory with a manufacturing capacity of around 1-200 per year. They've launched >400 so far at Iran.
Kuwait for sure but I think other middle east allies had their Patriot missile orders delayed to give them to Ukraine.
I'm guessing that was the big equation to figure out before this attack on Iran. Can we debilitate Iran's capability to launch before we run out of air defence.
He's fully capable of saying: "Gas was $1.91 at the State of the Union, and it's been going down ever since. Everybody is talking about it. Nobody's ever seen anything like what I can do. We'll have the Strait of Hormuz doubled in width by next month, and we are renaming it the Trump Strait of America."
No sign of the Iranian uprising yet - IΓβm shocked! Boggles the mind they thought it would work.. phone polls prewar suggest the regime had 40% support which is massive. Also add in what Shia Muslims believe and how they revere religious leaders like the ayatollah and it was pretty obvious. They already played these tactics in the Iraq war and it didnΓβt work there either.
[QUOTE=axios]Scoop: U.S. dismayed by Israel's Iran fuel strikes, sources say
Israel's strikes on 30 Iranian fuel depots Saturday went far beyond what the U.S. expected when Israel notified it in advance, sparking the first significant disagreement between the allies since the war began eight days ago, according to a U.S. official, Israeli official and a source with knowledge.

An Israeli official said the U.S. message to Israel was "WTF".

Yeah this is some massive conspiracy alright.

Yes because we ran Iran out of air defense and now we're using the cheap stuff that we could keep using indefinitely.
Last week he was going to insure and escort them.
This week they need courage.
Along with being able to talk to satellites, land-based military posts and underground missile facilities, the Mercury fleet is capable of controlling a nuclear strike should World War III break out and the US was already under attack.
Two E-6B Mercury flights were spotted over the US on March 2, one traveling from the Gulf Coast and landing at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland and the other taking off from and later landing back at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska.
Since those flights, there have been reports from military news outlets of more E-6B launches heading across the Atlantic to the Persian Gulf

The war is going exactly as planned. Howβs the president of peace working out for everyone?

thats called a strategic victory not winning the war. I think they have a much better chance of a strategic victory then destroying a us war ship

its been like a week lol. They killed everyone who did it last time so it might take a little confidence to get the ball rolling again. If i were them I would wait and see if they collapse on their own before i risk my life. an american living under trump talking **** about Iranians not rising up is hilarious
Because ultimately, replacing the Islamic Republic is not the main objective, or even a desirable one. Rather, the goal in Iran is ethnic balkanization and a failed state. They don’t want to change the regime in Iran, they want to collapse the state itself. The purpose of military strikes is to disintegrate the state’s institutions, fueling ethnic tensions and secessionist movements, leaving Iran deeply divided and marred by civil war and sectarian violence — a parallel to 2015 Syria.
The “Department of War” is thus not concerned with Iraq and Afghanistan syndrome, because they seemingly have no intent on getting entangled in another round of nation-building and forever war. Rather, they intend to destabilize Iran, leave it to the wolves, and withdraw.
Iranian state tv are reporting that the new Ayatollah has been injured in a strike.

days without corpus stanning for the Pedophile Cannibal Empire bc he thinks Jews are the Master race...
Right I don't share your Supremacist attitudes.
Well I'm not a supremacist so I think we're good, but hey at least you're an anti Semite now. Must feel good to finally take your mask off eh?
Seems likely Mojtaba was already wounded, in the same strike that killed his wife, so they'll have to find and hit him again.
